Once you have registered as a new customer, you can place orders by logging in as a returning customer with your already established user-ID/email address and password.

Payment

Cash, money order, cashiers or personal check and select major credit cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our terms of payment are described on our Order Processing and Shipping Policy pages. All goods remain the property of Grateful Pet until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid due to a returned check or rejected credit card via collection agency or small claims court. In such circumstances you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative, bank or credit card fees and collection or court costs.

Cancellation Policy

A notice of cancellation of an order is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to date of pick-up, date of home delivery, or estimated shipping date. Notification, for instance, in person, via email, telephone message and/or fax are accepted subject to confirmation in writing. In the event you do not reschedule delivery of your purchase, we reserve the right to levy a $20.00 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses connected with such cancellation.

Failed Deliveries

The company’s delivery fee for a missed home delivery and/or shipping cost for a refused or undeliverable shipment are non-refundable. Shipping cost for the return of the product will be your responsibility. Payment for shipped perishable products shall be non-refundable and spoiled products shall not be replaced.

Return Goods

Although we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, due to the perishable nature of many of our products we have certain terms and conditions that must apply to returns. All returns require prior written authorization. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the products featured on the website are only available for sale in the United States.
